At Red Paw Products, we take pride in getting your custom creations to you safely and on time. Below you’ll find our standard shipping practices:
Processing Time
All orders are made to order. Processing times may vary depending on the product:

Custom 3D Prints & Engravings: 5–7 business days

Custom T-Shirt Designs: 3–5 business days
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when your item ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):

Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days
Please note: Delivery times may vary during holidays or due to carrier delays.
Tracking Information
A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. You can use this to monitor your package’s progress.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in our products, please contact us — we may be able to accommodate special requests.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at redpawproducts@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
Return Policy
At Red Paw Products, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
Because many of our products are custom-made, returns and exchanges are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective. If you experience an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description (including photos, if possible) of the problem.
We’ll work with you to replace the item or offer a refund where applicable.

Due to the personalized nature of our work, the following items are non-returnable:

We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
