1. Custom Orders: All custom orders (3D prints, engravings, T-shirt designs) are final sale unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Order Accuracy: Customers are responsible for verifying all details (spelling, sizing, design elements) before submitting orders.

3. Processing Time: Estimated processing times are listed per product. These may vary due to workload or holidays.

4. Cancellations: Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that, production begins and cancellations are not guaranteed.

5. Intellectual Property: By submitting artwork or text for a custom design, you confirm you have the rights to use it. Red Paw Products is not responsible for copyright violations submitted by customers.

6. Limitation of Liability: Red Paw Products is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect shipping addresses, or events beyond our control.
